Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Product damaged condition mein receive hua ho.
  • Product defective ho.
  • Aapko incorrect product receive hua ho.
  • Product ke parts/accessories missing hon.

For a return to be accepted, the product should preferably be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • Product used, damaged, or broken by the customer ho.
  • Product misuse ya improper handling ki wajah se damaged ho.
  • Original packaging/accessories missing hon.
  • Return request 7 days ke baad submit ki jaye.

3. How to Request a Return

Return request ke liye humse contact karein aur provide karein:

Hum details review karne ke baad aapko return process ke next steps provide karenge.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

Agar aapko damaged ya wrong product receive hota hai, to please delivery receive karne ke 48 hours ke andar humein contact karein.

Product ki clear pictures/videos provide karna zaroori ho sakta hai taake hum issue verify kar saken.

5. Refund Policy

Agar return approve ho jata hai, to applicable refund original payment method ya mutually agreed method ke through process kiya jayega.

Refund processing time payment method aur banking/payment provider par depend kar sakta hai.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders ke refunds ke liye hum customer se required payment details maang sakte hain.

6. Return Shipping

Agar product wrong, defective, ya damaged receive hua ho, to return shipping arrangements ke baare mein hum aapko instructions provide karenge.

Agar return kisi other reason ki wajah se ho, to return shipping cost customer par apply ho sakti hai, subject to our approval.

7. Exchange

Agar product defective, damaged, ya incorrect receive hua ho, to availability ke mutabiq replacement/exchange offer kiya ja sakta hai.

Replacement available na hone ki surat mein applicable refund option provide kiya ja sakta hai.

8. Order Cancellation

Order dispatch hone se pehle cancellation request ki ja sakti hai. Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible na bhi ho sakti hai.
